How we hire
Interviewing can sometimes be a stressful process, especially if you don’t know what to expect when you submit an application. Your time is precious, and so is ours. Here is what the recruitment process looks like at ArcadeXR.
1. Confirmation Email
You’ll receive an email confirming your application has been submitted and our HR team will notify the hiring manager.
2. Meet ‘n’ Greet
The recruitment manager will host an informal interview to say hi, discuss the role, your application, experience and ambitions.
3. Technical Test
Depending on the role, you might be given a technical test to flex your skills and show us we need you on our team.
4. (Virtual) Face to Face
Jump on your computer for some virtual face time and get an opportunity to ask us questions about anything you want.
5. Reference Checks
We’ll make a couple phone calls to a few people to verify you’re as awesome as you say (and we think) you are.
6. Offer
If steps 1-5 go swimmingly, we’ll give you a phone call to celebrate and you’ll receive a formal offer via email.
